Quality shoes that are tough...

Quality shoes that are tough and don't fall to bits. I've found it a false economy to go cheap as even if the uppers last, the soles can just collapse. Clarks have been doing it for maybe 200 years. I trust 'em!

My order was never delivered.

Worst experience since buying online…
On Fri 2021 I bought an expensive pair of shoes - $ 170.00
1. The store sent me a track number that did not change the status for two weeks
I wrote to support about the problem and they gave me another tracking:

But. When I google it, I can see the following: "
Status - Status Not Available
The tracking number may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available. Please verify your tracking number and try again later. «.
A month has passed and I have neither shoes nor money.
I am extremely disappointed.
Sad, but true. It’s a first time I have this issue.
My order was never delivered. Clarks - Good shoes. But Customer service and delivery is poor.
Still trying to get my money back or get a replacement. Will see what happens. Once they get your money they make you wait for weeks to “investigate “. Do not plan to buy from this site again.
I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service from ClarksUSA has been an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! (It appears that any poor ratings came from customers who were dealing with third party companies.) Based on my customer service experiences with several other companies, ClarksUSA has been EXCEPTIONAL for several reasons.
1. They responded to my phone and email inquiries promptly and personally. Within 24 hours, oftentimes within 8 hours (over night), there was a reply by email. When I called, there was minimal wait time, I talked with real people who were friendly and knowledgable. They always showed understanding and interest in helping.
2. Customer service ALWAYS followed through. There were no empty promises.
3. When the particular shoe size was not available during a sale, I was promptly emailed a one time code for 50% off to use once the size was available. All the details in using the promo code were clear. There were no hidden stipulations.
4. I felt valued and validated as a customer. ClarksUSA wanted to ensure I was served as a customer so that I got the right shoe at the right price. When the shoe size didn't fit, returns were easy and free.
5. I give my deepest gratitude to Amber who emailed me promptly despite the fact that I had several questions over several different days. She was always kind, courteous, understanding, and eager to make exchanged feasible.
6. ClarksUSA is an EXEMPLARY company! They should train other companies on what and how to provide high quality, legitimate customer service!

Amazing Products and Outstanding Customer Service

The shoes and boots from Clarks amazing. I have been wearing Clarks for over 20 years. Other than my athletic shoes, I now only purchase Clarks for all occasions. To complement their superior product, they have outstanding customer service. I recent bought a pair of boots that were on sale. Before the boots arrived I noticed the price dropped even further. I called their product support line and they further discounted my order to match the new sale price. Wow, that is service!

After reading the other comments/reviews; hopefully I have "THE" right Clarks! Anyway, I have spoken to a Customer Service Agent named Stepani (twice) on 2 different occasions, and it was always a pleasant experience. I waited the allotted time she told me (I hadn't receive my shipment) and both times she was very pleasant, informative and apologetic!!!
She helped resolve my problem in a timely manner and I say Kudos to her and you need more like her!

Clarks.com disappeared after I gave them the payment..

I placed an order online for a pair of Clarks shoes, I was given a specific date to receive the product. That date passed and not even apologized. About 2 days after placing the order I found a message saying that the product was shipped, to follow the tracking number. When I reviewed, there’s was NO Tracking #, instead there was N/A That was the first and last message I received. They charged me $20.00 extra fees for shipping.
I tried to contact Clarks.com many times. but the email was unknown. I tried all the possible ways, but seemed to be blocked. There was no way to contact Clarks.com, after taking the payment, and the Tracking number was never sent. The given date passed, and I never received the product, not even a message to apologize.
No communication, no apologize, seems that they blocked the emails. After taking the payment, they disappeared.

HORRIBLE Experience

Shipping label created but after a week the carrier still hasn't been given the item. They should fire all the employees since no one is doing their job. No response from customer service at all. If this keeps up then Clarks Shoes should GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Worst experience since buying online…

Worst experience since buying online for almost 10 years.
I’ve processed online order with PayPal, it was not accepted by website, but money from my card already taken. Then tried to pay directly from a card. The same situation occurred.
After that I called their customer support. Surprisingly rep was very polite and patient but since they don’t receive my payment he can’t help me with anything.
Had to contact my card issuer to make a chargeback from their side.
Sad, but true. It’s a first time I have this issue. If card doesn’t meet shops requirements then you only see decline and no money is taken from your card.
I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Just avoid it.

Missing pair.

Missing pair.
My 2nd order was never delivered. Very good shoes. Customer service and delivery is poor. Still trying to get my money back or get a replacement. Will see what happens. Once they get your money they make you wait for weeks to “investigate “. Do not plan to buy from this site again. Also, they will not allow you to review them on their site. All of my reviews were "moderated"

Poor customer service. They do not care about their customers.

Ordered three weeks ago. Tracking says "out for delivery" for the last five days (package's last scanned facility was twenty minutes from my house). Called FedEx. They told me my package is officially lost and to contact the company. ClarksUSA told me "it'll be delivered; it's not lost." They subsequently gave me a completely arbitrary date to call back and "see what I can do then." They literally told me "we don't have an official lost date." Then he proceeded to tell me he was just going to make a date up. No resolution of my problem. They already charged my card. Told me I am unable to cancel my order as they are afraid I will "get my package, keep it, and keep a refund." I just don't even want their products anymore. Won't be shopping here again. Poor customer service. I am willing to spend more money on my shoes elsewhere, where customer service is reliable and customers are valued.

Still have have not received my order…

Still have have not received my order from early July. I never received an order confirmation other than the Paypal one. It’s a scam. Where do I call if it’s not a scam? i can’t find!

Clarks Scam

First of all, there are a couple of different companies saying they are Clarks. The Facebook post was for Clarksusstores. It looks like you are ordering from Clarks USA, but when it went through PayPal, there was nothing to indicate that it was a Clarks store. Tried to cancel order Order was shipped to a PO Box which I do not have. After a lot of back and forth and no response from the seller, PayPal credited my card. Be careful!
